  3. The goal of this course is to help the student gain credibility with
  4. state and local government prospects.  The purpose of this self-paced
  5. workbook is to introduce the basic industry terms, trends, critical
  6. success factors, agency organizations, and computer applications.

  29. o     Describe the buying cycle of a state or local government agency
  30.       and name the key personnel involved in computer systems
  31.       acquisitions.
  32. o     Describe government and technology trends
  33.       and their impact on an agency.
  34. o     Describe the key computer application areas in
  35.       state and local government.
